What to Expect

A typical massage session will include:

A brief medical intake interview going over your expectations and what you want out of the massage, what medical complications we need to accommodate, and any personal accommodations, sensitivities, or necessities you need to make this massage as relaxing as possible. 

The massage proper will include a variety of modalities selected to suit your personal needs. This can range from gentle touch Swedish massage to deeply involved trigger point therapy or even esoteric approaches such as balancing sen lines or meridian flow adjustments. 

The massage will conclude around 5 minutes before our schedule end time to allow time for you to redress and for us to complete a brief exit interview which includes feedback, payment completion, and a brief suggestion of activities and exercises to maintain or prolong the effects of the massage.
